Street Shooting

went to Ocean Park (theme park in HK) today... however did a lot of car spotting today as well so I'll just dedicate this post to such things..

Shau Kei Wan, actually this district is a lil "hoody" but you can always spot a nice car here, since there are good places to eat, any local would go to regardless of the restaurant's "charming" looks since GOOD FOOD can come out of any shack/cart/hole in the wall. Also my cousin told me just up the hill is more luxurious flats so they drive down the hill since its too far to walk to have dinner at their local spot.

spotted this R8 before walking in the restaurant we headed to. (i'll try to keep this to more cars that are not usually seen in the states... but just finding this car here was a little bit humorous to me.

After walking out of the restaurant, my cousin-in-law took me for a walk up and down the street since he knew I wanted to see some interesting cars.
Does not fail.

R34 in stock form. actually kinda weird to see. The only way I see it in stock form is usually in a video game.

On the way back to the subway station, he walked me in to a random parking garage to do more spotting. I was VERY ECSTATIC to see this Evo.  He says that is very rare for someone in HK to own a car more than 10 years old. Also the car scene here is totally different. Usually the people in to 90s early 00s cars do very subtle things. (wheels would be like the most drastic thing done usually) But other than that, keeping a car running is what they usually enjoy.
But hell, Mitsubishi did such a great job with the early generation Evos, wheels would be the only thing I'd to do.

After dinner, I went back to the apt. in Tai Koo, and my other cousin picked me up and we headed off to Causeway Bay, and made our way in to Happy Valley

Causeway Bay night life. on a Monday. It's so bright here, the IS300 lights dimmed themselves

another GT-R very normal looking... well besides the wrap LOL

Made it to my cousin's parking garage, which has like 4 levels. From this picture you can kinda tell the general type of cars are found/along with what the housing value bracket this part of HK is.

So we took a walk around it for a good 20 mins.

apparently 1 person owns all three of these. I wonder what he does

hi.

hello

 DANG CHECK OUT DAT CAMRY!!!!!

ok. off to bed. its about 1:45am.. gotta wake up early and cross the harbor in to the "country-side"

Ok I spotted these few cars earlier... but didn't know where to throw them since i was in totally different districts

Levin? AE111?

 sirocoiorociorocooco on some fakey TEs

Kinda stood on the street for a good ten minutes just staring at this... I think mostly what puts me in awe is 50% of the car and 50% of the scenery that it is in.

spotted these.
 on this.
 very period correct.
 YAY! lol JT-AUTOSTYLE~!!
I really chased this chaser down the street to snag a pic.
plenty of stuff like this around.
