Business done.

So this past thursday i got a lot of stuff done which i am thankful for.
woke up went to the DMV with albert and passed my motorcycle written test... holler... now i can legally ride =)
after that went to the post office to turn in my paper work for a passport.. so i'm glad i got that out of the way as well..

across the street was the donut hole... which is cool cause this is probably the closest landmark on food network that is close to home.... seeing it on tv was alot better tho........not to mention this place got a C rating. LOL
we drove through it.. but ... ended up just parking and getting out cause it was just a hassle cause its hard to see what kind of donuts are there.

Saturday night. went out to jon's then we went to pick up quoc and miho and went to sakura.
dollar beer + dollar yakitori + happy hour got expensive real quik lol

Formula food... I mean drift.

On friday.. after work i went to formula D practice.. i missed all of the qualifying but sorta just went to hang out with jon and drift speed. (there will be a whole other post about that later, i left my camera in jons car.)

Quoc was in a FD contest, and there was a time attack competition on the new need for speed.
the grand prize was 5000$ and HE WON!!!!!!!!!

The sunday after. Art Wes matt and i went to the OC auto show.. (didn't really take any pics.. meh cars this year). after that we rolled to niculs house.. then went to Cham Sut Gol..
holler... its been a while since i've been here.. still soo good... and they had coffee ice cream this time!


After that we went to Di Vang II (viet coffee place) we played cards and chilled for a lil bit.
Sorry, but no pictures of the school girls... i think i would've gotten in trouble. lol.

this week i had the motorcycle class at mt. sac.
passed it... holler... i was a lil bit nervous though.. but it ended up being not too bad.
time to save up for a bike =)


saturday morning... woke up early and went to Rose Hills with my parents to visit the grandparents.
usually from this shot you can see LA but... it was still muggy in the morning.


afterwards.. went to the dentist for the usual cleaning, and then had lunch and went to costco to get my passport picture taken...
the dream is becoming a reality! i can't wait to go back.

Saturday - went to JCCS (japanese classic car show) in Irvine

got back home. then fired up the miata, and rolled down to jons... I haven't driven that car in a while... feels good again.

later that evening, for Quoc's birthday we went to Leon's to drink it up.
